Hi, I'M RON (STANDING WOLF) AND THIS IS MY STORY
To begin with I'm Native and Italian. I was given the spirit name Standing Wolf by an Elder here in Ontario, Canada and have been on a spiritual mission to understand the true meaning of that name in this lifetime.
I have been shooting since I was 14. I'm in my 40's, married with 3 kids and when I was bitten by the trad bug I knew there was no going back.
I started by making accessories that I personally wanted (beaver silencers being the first) and decided to give selling them online a try with some ecommerce help from my brother and feedback from friends at the local archery range.
One thing led to another, now Standing Wolf is making many bad ass accessories for traditional archers all over the world. Like myself, Standing Wolf is about embracing and blending together the best of both worlds. Respecting and preserving the traditional teachings of the creator along with preserving the skill, craftsmanship and spirit that goes into making each and every trad item we hold and use.
We know everything has a spirit. When we walk in the woods and hold our bows we don't just hunt...we "Hunt with Honor".
